Matt's dad and brother in-law helped him with many tasks including digging the egress window. We hired out for someone to do the under-floor plumbing. Matt designed and put together the rest of the plumbing, duct work and floor plan. I married the smartest man in the world. (It helps to have a handy guy around the house) In one of the photos, Matt is squatting over what will be our future toilet. (He's such a dork)
