75 days left!

I'm starting to feel very big now, and we still have
about 75 more days! Tieing my shoes and doing laundry is starting to get difficult. I hope he doesn't turn into a huge baby! Either way, we're so excited to see him!

29 Weeks!

We've made it to the 3rd trimester! I am now at 29 weeks - starting the 7th month. We had another ultrasound last week (28 weeks) to make sure my placenta had moved up and out of the way, and everything looks good! His head measured one week ahead of schedule. They also checked his sex again, and they said we can definitely paint his room blue!

He likes to look at the camera - which doesn't always make good ultrasound pics.
Isn't he cute? He's moving around all the time now; not just kicking, but turning over and completely changing positions. He's had the hiccups a few times. Just a couple nights ago, Matt was feeling my belly and baby boy flopped over and scared his daddy. Matt yelled, "Eeewww!" I told him, "It shouldn't be 'Eeeew', that's your son!" We can't wait to see him and hold him and love him!

Aubrey's Birthday!

Aubrey turned 3 on January 23rd! She had a Tinkerbell themed party.

Nana (Kathy) made the cake. Aubrey said she wanted a green cake, so Nana even made it green on the inside!
Kaitlin got a little tired and was doing her "Ostrich head in the sand" pose.

We got her a Critter Vet Carrier that has vet/doctor tools, some pets, and little cages with keys to put the pets in.

We have a toilet!!!!!!!

Here's a sneak peak into our bathroom remodel. Matt finally put in the thing I've been impatiently waiting for - the toilet! No more late night, pitch black, sleepy walks to the basement for the pregnant lady! Yay!

"Yeah, yeah...here's your dumb toilet. Now will you stop bugging me?"

"I'm so excited! I love you, Matt!"

Christmas With the Extended Family

We got together with Matt's extended family for a 3rd Christmas celebration at Matt's parents' house! 4 words - a lot of kids!
